CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will result in a non refundable deposit fee due to late notice/no show. Deposit fee covers design time and tray set up. I get things happen though! You can reschedule your appointment one time without loosing your deposit. If the rescheduled appointment needs to be rescheduled again, then I will cancel that appointment, and a new deposit will need to be made to secure your next appointment time.
